  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact our customer support within this window.  
  • Returns failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return  

  • Step 1: Submit Your Request  

Email us your return request including your Order ID and reason for return at Vistaspheresolutionspvtltd@gmail.com.  

  • Step 2: Provide Clear Evidence  

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please include clear photos or videos to expedite the process.  

  • Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions on returning your item.  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets return conditions. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.  

Partial Refunds  

If an item partially meets the return conditions, such as minor damages or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue to assist us in resolving it quickly.
