Contact our support team within 48 hours and provide clear photos for a replacement or refund as necessary.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence, the parcel is returned to us for rescheduling.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. 

We currently deliver to all serviceable postal codes within India but do not support international shipping at this time.

Changes to items or shipping address are not permitted after order placement; please cancel and place a new order. 

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed; however, you may return the item after delivery.

To cancel, email customer support immediately with your order details so we can process your request quickly. 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

Partial refunds may be issued for minor issues such as missing packaging. Final decisions are made by our support team.

Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 

Email customer support with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.  

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 48 hours.
